Refund Policy

There is no refund policy and we do not accept returns.
The only exception to this rule is if you received a damaged item.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we may evaluate the situation and make the necessary corrections.

Always send an email to with a photograph of the damage.

Only if the damages/issue is accepted by the headquarters will you receive a positive email response and a free replacement item will be shipped.

If you do not receive a response from the headquarters within 72 hours, the damage has not been accepted.
